Enjoy Playing with Foam Toys

Whether you’re at the beach, in the pool, or giving the kids a bath, you can have tons of fun with foam toys, no matter where they’re used. Made in closed-cell and open-cell foam varieties, foam toys can be used in activities that are fun for people of all ages.

Foam noodles are one great example of how somebody can have tons of fun using a simple, lightweight foam product. Made from polyethylene foam rubber, these can be made in virtually any size imaginable, with all sorts of options for diameter, length, and even whether or not the cylinder features a hollowed out core. Foam noodle water toys are excellent for leisurely floating around the pool or horsing around, while being flexible enough to flex and twist into shapes. A closed-cell foam, polyethylene is non-absorbent, so foam noodles can resist waterlogging year after year.

For children, open-cell foam shapes can be terrific water toys that help turn bath time into something that’s actually looked forward to. Open-cell cutouts are made in innumerable shapes and designs, from dinosaurs and cars, to planets and animals. Their spongy structure sucks up water like a sponge, and there are no hard or sharp edges that can hurt a child.  For keeping activity areas and play rooms safe, custom foam edge and pole padding or bumpers can be created as well, even out of fire retardant foam, for additional peace of mind.
